Visitation Hours & Information

Visits from loved ones can be an important part of the healing process. Please see below for visitation guidelines, visiting hours, and phone call times for our different programs and units.

Visitation Guidelines

Our staff greatly appreciates your assistance in observing and adhering to our visitor guidelines.

  1. All visitors are expected to register at the reception area, complete a COVID-19 screening form, have their temperature taken, wear a mask with the proper fit, and obtain a visitor pass.
  2. All visitors must show identification (a valid driver’s license or ID card).
  3. No children under the age of 16 will be permitted for visitations. A parent must accompany children ages of 16 and 17.
  4. Patients are permitted only two visitors at a time.
  5. Any exceptions to visiting hours must be arranged in advance and approved by the Director of Clinical Services or the Director of Nursing.
  6. Visitors must leave their personal items in their vehicle or lockers by the restroom.
  7. Visitors cannot bring food or drinks in the hospital due to the State Board of Health.
  8. Visitors that bring contraband to the hospital will be asked to leave.
  9. Visitors that are disruptive will be asked to leave.

Visitation Times

Unit 1 (Adolescents):

  • Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Units 2, 4, and 6:

  • Wednesday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Units 3 and 5:

  • Monday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Phone Call Times

Patients may make and receive phone calls during the designated times below. Please call (317) 544-4340 to place a call to a patient.

Unit 1 (Adolescents):

  • Every day:
    • 12 – 1 p.m.
    • 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Unit 2:

  • Every day:
    • 7:45 – 8:15 a.m.
    • 9:15 – 10 a.m.
    • 1:30 – 2 p.m.
  • Additional time Monday-Saturday:
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Sunday:
    • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Unit 3:

  • Every day:
    • 8:45 – 9 a.m.
    • 12:30 – 1 p.m.
    • 2:30 – 3 p.m.
    • 4 – 4:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday:
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
    • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Unit 4:

  • Every day:
    • 8:45 – 9 a.m.
    • 12:30 – 1 p.m.
    • 3:30 – 4 p.m.
  • Additional time on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday:
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
    • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Unit 5:

  • Every day:
    • 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
    • 10 – 10:30 a.m.
    • 12 – 12:30 p.m.
    • 3:30 – 4 p.m.
  • Additional time on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday:
    • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
    • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Unit 6:

  • Every day:
    • 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
    • 12 – 12:30 p.m.
    • 2 – 3 p.m.
    • 4 – 5 p.m.
  • Additional time on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday:
    • 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Additional time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
    • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
