Dan Kearns
Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement
In September 2015, Daniel Kearns became the Director of Risk & P/I for Options Behavioral Health. He has over 30 years experience working within psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Dan has a Master’s Degree in Psychology as well as licensures as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor and health facility administrator. Most recently, Dan was the COO of American Senior Omnicare (ASO). While with ASO, he traveled to China to meet with several city officials to propose developing and managing senior living facilities in their locales. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at ResCare Greencastle and Fayette Regional Care Pavilion. Dan also served as the COO at Wernle Youth and Family Treatment Center. He began his career at Gibault, Inc., where he worked in a variety of positions, ending as the Director of Residential Operations.
