Admission Process

The team at Options Behavioral Health System strives to make the referral process as smooth and pleasant as possible to ensure we are the provider of choice for our referral sources, families and patients as they transition into our treatment programs.  To refer directly to any of our programs, simply contact our intake/admissions team 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  We will pre-screen the referral to determine the most appropriate level of care, verify benefits and, as needed, arrange for ambulance transport for inpatient admission.  Providers can also help a client access treatment by having them call out intake/admissions department independently.  Paitients can walk in our schedule a no-cost confidential assessment with one of our mental health professionals at any time.
